What guides our thinking?
We developed the following logic model to provide a roadmap for the project. It outlines the inputs, outputs, and outcomes in order to measure progress toward achieving our goals.
How do we plan to scale?
Our scaling plan representing the expansion of our project's reach and impact. One of the first questions on the survey is a consent form where students can indicate whether or not they agree to be part of the study. If a student selects that they do NOT consent to participate, their responses will not be stored or used by the researchers.
If a student is still uncomfortable being asked to complete the surveys but would like to have more information regarding the study, please email Alliyah Francis (alliyah@motivatelab.org)

Yes! The current project funding allows the project team to host activities through the end of the Fall 2024 semester. Participating COMs will receive updates, and reports and will be a part of focus groups that will allow for transparency of outcomes.
Upon completion, the Resilient Mindsets in Medicine team will be sharing data with participants and stakeholders. When these analyses are complete, each COM will receive a report, and we will also keep campuses informed of any other outcomes and publications that result from this study. Please know that it may take a little time to finish cleaning and coding all of the data.
